Check-in/out information
Students who will arrive or leave campus on their own should check in/out at the following dates and times:
- UC Berkeley: Residence Hall 2 Courtyard. Address: Unit 2, located on Towle Hall, 2650 Haste St, Berkeley, CA 94720
- Yale University: Pauli Murray College. Address: 130 Prospect St., New Haven, CT 06511
The contact information of the staff in charge of checking in/out the student and the meeting point information will be sent closer to the beginning of the program.
Eduexplora does not request, in any of the flight options, flight paperwork to be sent by email, such as flight tickets, reservation codes, vouchers, etc. If any additional information is required, parents will be informed in advance.
Transportation to and from the airport in the US is provided only to students traveling on the same flight as the group. The chaperone only accompanies students on group flights. Students traveling on different flights are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
