Tuition Fees & Deadlines

For Programs taking place in the US in 2024 (and applied in 2024):

• Application Fee: US $0
• Initial Deposit: US $1,000 due February 9, 2024
• Second Installment: US $2,000 due March 8, 2024
• Final Balance: due April 8, 2024. Final payment amount will vary for each student based on scholarship being granted, previous credits or other factors. 
• Payments must be made within deadlines to assure the students spot on the program.

Refund Policy for programs taking place in 2024 (and applied in 2024)

All cancellation and refund requests must be done in writing by the deadlines specified below.

Until March 1, 2024: 

• Refund: 100 % refund will be allowed for those who applied in 2024.
• Rollover for 2025: allowed, tuition price not guaranteed.
• Changes in academic courses (track or format): allowed , subject to availability.
• Changes in University Campus or Session: allowed, subject to availability. 

From March 2 – May 1, 2024

• Refund: 50 % refund and 50% as credit for future program will be allowed for those who applied in 2024.
• Rollover for 2025: allowed, tuition price not guaranteed.
• Changes in academic courses (track or format): allowed , subject to availability.
• Changes in University Campus or Session: not allowed.

From May 2, 2024

• Refund: 0% 
• Rollover for 2025: not allowed
• Changes in academic courses: not allowed
• Changes in University Campus or Session: not allowed.

For Programs taking place in the US in 2025 (and applied in 2024):

• Application Fee: US $0
• Initial Deposit: US $1,000 due February 9, 2024
• Pending Balance : due in 2025

The pending payment plan for programs taking place in 2025 will be communicated in January 2025. The tuition for the 2025 programs is subject to change. However, students that apply in 2024 for 2025 will have their tuition price guaranteed and will not be subject to change, as long as their initial deposit was made within the deadline and was not refunded.

• Changes in academic courses (track or format): allowed , subject to availability.
• Changes in University Campus or Session: allowed, subject to availability.

From March 2 – May 1, 2025

• Refund: 0% 
• Rollover for 2026: allowed, price not guaranteed.
• Changes in academic courses:  allowed, subject to availability.
• Changes in University Campus or Session: not allowed.

From May 2, 2025

• Refund: 0% 
• Rollover for 2026: not allowed
• Changes in academic courses: not allowed
• Changes in University Campus or Session: not allowed.
