Residential Programs - Application Steps

Are you a student interested in joining our residential programs? We will guide you through the application process step by step.

1. To begin the application process, visit our website and enter your Student ID. This will grant you access to the application form.

2. Fill in your personal information as well as your legal guardian’s information. Providing accurate and up-to-date details is crucial for a successful application. Students must be between 13 and 18 years old at the time of the program in order to participate. Please be aware that age requirements may vary depending on the program.

3. Once you have entered your personal information, select the Grade Level you will be attending in September 2026. This will help us ensure you are placed in the appropriate group.

4. Now it's time to choose the program(s) you are interested in and the year you would like to attend.

5. If you are applying for our Advanced Pre-College Programs, select the academic area that aligns with your interest. For the UBC Future Global Leaders and Oxford Summer Courses select the course you would like to attend. For the International Institutes Program, there's no track to be selected as it's an exploratory program.

6. If you are interested in applying for a Scholarship in the US programs, make sure to check 'Yes' when prompted. The higher the score in the talent search, the more chances of obtaining the scholarship.

Congratulations! You have completed the application form. Now, all you need to do is submit the form and make sure you receive a confirmation email. Our admissions team will carefully review your application and inform you about the results and the next steps by email.
