Covid 19 Test

All participants - including students, staff, and chaperones - must be tested for COVID-19 prior to the programmed departure time. We strongly recommend taking all preventive measures at least two weeks before travel day, such as washing hands frequently, wearing a mask, and practicing social distancing.  

Participants have to provide one of the negative tests as follows:

1) Antigen test taken within 48 hours before the group departure time or campus arrival time.

2) PCR test taken within 72 hours before the group departure time or campus arrival time.

3) Antigen at home rapid test are accepted. Test must be taken within 48 hours before the group departure time or campus arrival time.

For options 1 and 2: Test results must be in the form of written documentation (paper picture or digital copy) specifying the full name of the tested person, the type of test, the entity issuing the result, the sample collection date, and the test result. It's not required that the results be translated into English. 

For option 3: antigens at home rapid test: 

Test results must be submitted in well-lit photo of the student holding the test device, displaying the negative result. The image must also show a piece of paper with a handwritten note stating the student's full name and confirming the negative test result, signed by both the student and parent with the date included.

The file of the document or picture must be named with the student full name, program and session.
