Residential Staff

Residential staff is specially picked for their experience in residential life and interest in building global communities. A team of residential staff lives in each dorm to provide 24/7 support, guidance, and supervision.

They are Yale, UC Berkeley, and other top universities undergraduates and can provide useful information about navigating the campus and college life experience in the US.

Residential Staff meet students upon arrival at the campus and take over primary

responsibility for the duration of the program session. For each group, there is a Residential Staff member that stays with the students for the entire program.
